• You may assign different permission levels to team members within your account, but you remain responsible for all activity under your account.

Ampowerad is an all-in-one platform designed to help Amazon sellers manage and optimize their business, including but not limited to:

• PPC Optimization & Automation – Tools for bid adjustments, budget allocation, dayparting, and placement optimization.
• Inventory & Supply Chain Management – Forecasting demand and streamlining inventory flow.
• Advanced Reporting & Analytics – Real-time insights on advertising performance, sales, and profitability.
• Listing & Catalog Management – Bulk editing, optimization, and compliance with Amazon listing guidelines.
• Forecasting & Shipment Planning – Predicting inventory needs and reducing stockouts.

Use of the Platform

By using Ampowerad, you agree to the following:

• Use the platform only for managing your own Amazon Seller Account or authorized accounts.
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or resell our Services without written permission.
• Comply with all applicable laws, including Amazon’s Terms of Service and API policies.
• Not use our platform to manipulate reviews, engage in unauthorized advertising tactics, or violate Amazon’s marketplace rules.
• Not introduce viruses, bots, or malicious code that could compromise the integrity of our platform.

Data Collection & Privacy

Your use of Ampowerad is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using our Services, you acknowledge and consent to the collection and processing of the following types of data:

• Amazon API Data: Sales performance, advertising data, inventory levels, and other business metrics required for platform functionality.
• User Information: Account details, email addresses, and team member access levels.
• Usage Data: Activity logs, interactions with platform features, and technical performance metrics.

We do not sell or share your data with third parties except as required to operate Ampowerad or comply with legal obligations.

Subscription & Payment Terms

• Access to Ampowerad may require a subscription. Pricing details and payment terms are outlined on our Pricing page or as provided during onboarding.
• Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis unless canceled.
• Refunds are not provided unless required by applicable law.
• We reserve the right to modify pricing or payment terms with prior notice.

Data Security & Compliance

• We implement encryption, access controls, and monitoring tools to protect your data.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and restricting unauthorized access.
• We comply with Amazon’s API policies and applicable data protection regulations.

Limitation of Liability

Ampowerad is provided “as is” and “as available,” with no guarantees of uninterrupted service. We are not liable for financial losses, data loss, or business disruptions resulting from platform downtime, errors, or changes in Amazon policies.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last three months of using our Services.

Termination & Suspension

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, abuse our Services, or attempt to use Ampowerad for unauthorized purposes.
• You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Termination does not entitle you to a refund.

Modifications to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Notice of significant changes will be posted on our website or sent via email. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
